The Doro Super Bowl Wings Package, inspired by James Beard Award-nominated Chef Elias Taddesse’s culinary journey, includes three unique flavors of hormone-free, organic chicken wings infused with Ethiopian spices and packed with tons of flavor. So whether you are watching the big game or there for the halftime performance or commercials, these mouth-watering wings will hit the spot.
This Super Bowl special includes one dozen of each of the following:
1) Doro Mambo Glazed Chicken Wings dipped in DC’s famous mambo sauce infused with traditional Ethiopian doro wat spices
2) Dry-Rub Chicken Wings coated in dukasue spices from Ethiopia’s Harari region, where Chef Taddesse’s family is from. Served with a spicy ranch sauce on the side.
3) Char-Grilled Chicken Wings marinated with parsley, jalapenos, and Ethiopian spices. Served with a jalapeno rosemary crema on the side.
